GruView Beta Terms of Use
These terms apply to the GruView beta service. Because the product is still in beta, service behavior, feature scope, and operating policies may change before full release.
Last updated: March 25, 2026
1. Beta service use
GruView is a beta service for project review and collaboration. Features may be adjusted, limited, or removed without prior notice.
During beta, testing and feedback collection take priority, so the service is not guaranteed to meet the availability or completeness expectations of a fully released commercial product.
2. Accounts and access
GruView uses Google sign-in. Users must sign in only with accounts they are authorized to use and must not share invite links or active sessions in a way that bypasses intended access control.
Project access is limited by owner, editor, and viewer roles. Project owners are responsible for inviting collaborators and assigning the right access level.
3. User content
Users retain responsibility for the project material and comments they upload. GruView processes that content only to operate the service and provide collaboration features.
Users must not upload or share code, documents, personal data, or confidential material that they are not authorized to disclose.
4. Prohibited use
GruView must not be used to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, generate abusive automated traffic, or otherwise harm the service.
Uploading or sharing material that violates law or third-party rights is also prohibited.
5. Operational actions
Access to an account or project may be limited or suspended when needed for security, abuse prevention, or service protection.
Project or account data may be cleaned up if beta operations end, the product structure changes, or a policy violation occurs.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
GruView beta is provided as-is. It does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, complete data integrity, or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, GruView may limit liability for indirect damages, business interruption, or data loss arising from use of the beta service.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, operating model, or legal requirements change. Material updates may be announced inside the product or through separate notices.
